Joanna Butkiewicz

My name is Joanna Butkiewicz. I am a first-year student of New Media Arts at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. I create using Adobe pack: Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Animate. Besides graphic design I also make murals, imprints, paintings using various techniques, and I study programming in my free time.
Since early childhood I was deeply absorbed in drawing. This passion evolved as I discovered more and more art styles. I learned how to paint, sculpt, and finally, I got my graphic tablet. I used to have plans to become a doctor, regardless of my love for art. This special gift I got in the first year of high school crushed these plans. It became clear - I wanted to become a graphic designer.
From that moment I started to focus on my creativity and skills. I succeded to get to my dream university, wich not only develops my art abilities, but also teaches me IT.
I know that this is only a beggining of my career as a graphic designer, and I can't wait to learn new things and grow as an artist.
